Has Ontario taught its high-school students not to think? (And BC schools are ranked lower than Ontario’s.)

Elementary and high schools spend so much time on the content-laden curriculum that students are unprepared for the analytic and conceptual thinking they’ll need at university:

We continuously get feedback from university professors that Waldorf students are really appreciated because they can think. Waldorf students give out more interesting and thoughtful content, effort, and questions than the students from most other systems, particularly the public systems.
